NiceCall Focus III

NiceCall Focus III is a full-featured, compact recording solution designed to meet the needs of small sites such as bank branches, insurance offices, trading divisions of large financial institutions, emergency centers and small contact centers. NiceCall Focus III provides total recording, quality management, scenario reconstruction and other tools designed to meet the specific needs of these sectors with up to 48 recording channels per capture unit. It also provides a multi-site solution for distributed organizations, such as bank branches, public safety answering points, or contact centers. Based on a completely new PCI bus design, NiceCall Focus III utilizes an open architecture without any proprietary boards. It supports many different telephony interfaces including analog and digital as well as ISDN BRI. NiceCall Focus III maximizes archiving capacity by using the advanced technology compression algorithm G.729A. Network Embedded Logger is a solution based on Cisco’s hardware, the embedded logger is installed on a blade machine (AXP) in the ISR (Cisco's router). The logger has store and forward abilities and there is no need for additional dedicated servers at the branch. All administrative tasks are done remotely.
